what if the product is damaged
While sending dispatch team will check after that only they will send. If the product was damaged in shipping, you have to return the product within 7 days. Once it reached us we will check and send the replacements

It doesn’t include filament guide tube as mentioned on the website, but the overall product is amazing, fits perfectly to my ender 3 v2 and works really great
