As far as I know Ender 5 series uses the same hot end as Ender 3 series. As such, could you confirm that this will fit with Ender 5 plus?
It won't fit, because it's direct drive. You can choose the below product for ender 5 plus hotend

What is the total height of the hotend assembly i.e. from the surface where the bowden tube will enter to the bottom tip of the nozzle?what is the distance between the two holes which will be used for screwing the hotend to the rail?
Total height of Hotend will be 63mm and OD Hole to hole distance will be 17mm
