How to Use
- Trim both filament ends flat and clean
- Insert the first end to the marked depth; insert the second end leaving ~1–2 mm exposed
- Heat ~5–7 seconds for PLA/ABS (slightly longer for tougher materials)
- Push slowly to fuse; gently move back/forth to smooth the joint
- Cool fully, push out, trim neatly, and bend-test; if it cracks, re-weld
Storage Note
- Keep filament sealed and dry to reduce moisture brittleness and improve weld strength

Good product. but yet to get the hang of it . not able to successfully weld filament. whatever i managed to weld had a difficulty in test passing through bowden tube.
